Cancellation Policy
Floral Design Class Policies Booking & Cancellation: We’re thrilled to have you join us for a magical floral design experience! Due to the nature of working with fresh, live flowers, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy: No-Show Fee: A 100% fee will be charged for no-shows, as materials are prepared in advance. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will incur a 20% fee. We understand that plans can change, and while these fees are necessary to cover the cost of perishable materials, we promise the experience will be worth it. Our classes are vibrant, hands-on, and full of floral joy! Waitlist: Our classes are intimate and space is limited, but we do occasionally offer spots to those on our waitlist. If a seat opens up, we’ll reach out to you directly. We encourage you to join the waitlist; there’s always a chance to bloom with us!
